What are the rental rates for Dragonflies Villa?
All rates quoted are per week of rental. We accept payments in US Dollar or UK Sterling.
UK rate includes all taxes, US rate does not include taxes (12%)

Jan - end Mar $1300 / £1000
Easter $1300 / £1000
Apr- end June $1100 / £820
Jul & Aug $1200 / £850
Sept- 18th Dec $1100 / £820
Christmas $1300 / £1000
2025
Jan - end Mar $1350 / £1100
Easter $1350 / £1100
Apr- end June $1100 / £820
Jul & Aug $1200 / £850
Sept- 18th Dec $1100 / £820
Christmas $1350 / £1100
Pool heat
Electric pool heat is recommended for the cooler months.
Electric pool heat is $100 / £75 per week
Additional information
Cleaning fee $200 /£150 per booking
Deposit at booking 20% balance payable 8 weeks before arrival
Security deposit $400/£200
